Following 5 years in the Advertising industry, Allan left to pursue a consulting career, during which he has been an interim CEO, CFO, and worked with several businesses to take from start up to established. Allan has lived and worked in a whole host of countries including Dubai and Sri Lanka meaning he has gained experience and skills from other environments allowing him to express them wherever he works. QGO is his latest endeavour with Allan taking charge to ensure his reputation of taking businesses from start up to established continues. He will work with a range of other businesses to deliver an efficient network and maintain a friendly and productive reputation.

Peter is a certified Passive House Consultant, Green Deal Advisor and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, Chartered: Environmentalist, Environmental Health Practitioner, Waste Manager, Water & Environmental Manager, Safety and Health Practitioner. Member of several professional bodies: Chartered Institutes of; Environmental Health, Wastes Management, Water and Environmental Management, Building Services Engineers Institution of; Occupational Safety and Health, Acoustics, Environmental Management and Assessment Energy Institute Association of Environmentally Conscious Builders International Passive House Association. He has undertaken the IRCA exams for Auditing Of Environmental and Quality Management Systems. He’s a PRINCE2 Registered Practioner in Project Management and has a WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence Level 4 in Waste Management Operations - Managing Transfer Hazardous Waste (TSH4), recently renewed my competence. He also has the CIEH Professional Trainer's Certificate and is a trainer for CIEH Level 2 Environmental Principles and Best Practise Course, Level 3 Environment Management Systems and the CIWM Waste Awareness Certificate, General, Construction and Healthcare Wastes. Peter is a Trustee and Director of En-form the Colchester Environmental Advice Charity, Ex-Director of ECORRN, and was a Non-Executive Director of CAN, the Carbon Action Network.

A strong commercial background that contributed to Computer Cab (ComCab) growing from the smallest to the largest taxi company in Europe and market leader in three UK cities. Innovation and operational excellence enabled Group CEO Mike to post the largest sales turnover and profits of any taxi company anywhere in the country. Significant international experience was gained whilst European Operations Director for Cabcharge. Mike was responsible for the network operating across 17 European countries and integrating with Cabcharge In North America, South East Asia and Australia. At Transport for London in Strategy and Planning and Operations he carried out extensive research and delivered a number of high profile service improvements that involved either complex stakeholder groups or the need for innovative, ground breaking operational solutions. At Addison Lee Mike integrated multiple acquisitions, managed the ambulance division, set up and established operations in New York City, and in the UK, developed the national and international affiliate network, implemented Salesforce and other technical and operational innovations. He developed the regulatory and industry affairs function into a valuable competitive advantage. Mike was a Main Board Director and Scottish Regional Chairman of Go-Skills the Sector Skills Council. A participant in Parliamentary and Local Government evidence sessions, a regular panel member and speaker with significant media experience. A demonstrated history of helping businesses grow significantly and managing large scale, multi site, national and international 24/7 environments and delivering innovation and efficiency. A strong academic background with an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Mike is also an accomplished German speaker. Mike was appointed a Magistrate and sat on the Adult, Youth and Family panels for thirteen years. He was also a Royal Warrant Holder.
